Guy J All Night Long
Israeli progressive house producer Guy J plays an extended solo set at Port City Colombo, starting at 10pm with no support acts on the bill. Ticket prices had not been announced at the time of listing.
Guy J comes back to Colombo for an all-night solo set on the reclaimed waterfront at Port City, the outdoor site that has carried the city's biggest electronic shows in recent years. There is no multi-DJ bill here: the night is built as one continuous journey from a single artist, which is how his open-to-close shows are normally programmed.
The Israeli producer is one of the defining names in progressive house and melodic techno, both through his own catalogue and as founder of the We Are Lost festival series, which had its Sri Lankan debut at this same waterfront location. Expect slow-building, deep selections stretching well past midnight rather than a short peak-time slot.
