Terms of Service

Welcome to IslandLive, owned and operated by Revington Corporations (Pvt) Ltd. By using this website or purchasing tickets through it, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

IslandLivelists events across Sri Lanka and sells tickets on behalf of event organisers. For some events we link to external ticketing providers or organiser contact channels; purchases made there are governed by those providers' terms.

2. Tickets and payment

• Payments are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) by PayHere. We never see or store your card details.
• A ticket reservation is held for 15 minutes during checkout. If payment is not completed in that window, the reservation is released.
• E-tickets with QR codes are delivered by email and are also available from your account. Each QR code admits one person, once.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless the event organiser states otherwise.

3. Event changes and cancellations

Event details (date, time, venue, line-up) are set by organisers and may change. If an event is cancelled, refunds are handled by the organiser per their refund policy and our Refund Policy.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, including bulk reservation abuse.

5. Liability

IslandLive acts as a ticketing platform. The event experience itself is the responsibility of the organiser. To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your tickets.

6. Advertising

Some pages display third-party advertisements served by Google. IslandLive does not endorse the products or services advertised; ad content is controlled by Google and the respective advertisers.
