Trust & Ticket Safety

Verify any ticket, right now

Every ticket has a unique code (printed under its QR) that anyone can check — no account needed. Paste it below to see the ticket's live status:

Why our tickets are hard to fake

Ticket codes are 122-bit random values — there are more possible codes than grains of sand on Earth, so guessing a valid one is practically impossible. A screenshot of a QR code proves nothing by itself: only the live status page (and the organiser's gate scanner) shows whether a ticket is still valid, already used, or void.

First scan wins at the gate

Organisers scan tickets with our gate scanner. Each ticket checks in exactly once — the moment it's scanned, every later scan of the same code shows already checked in, with the time it happened. If someone copied your ticket, the gate sees it immediately, and the attendee name on the ticket settles who it belongs to.

Payments you can trust

All payments are processed by PayHere, Sri Lanka's leading payment gateway — card details never touch our servers. Your tickets are issued the moment PayHere confirms the payment, and they're emailed to you plus always available on your order page.

Buy only on IslandLive

Tickets bought anywhere other than islandlive.org— resale groups, social media, "agents" — may be copies that will fail at the gate. We can't verify or refund tickets bought outside the platform. If a deal looks too good to be true, verify the code above before paying anyone.

Something wrong?

If a ticket shows the wrong status, or you suspect a fake, contact us with the ticket code and your order number — email support@islandlive.org or message us on WhatsApp (+94 78 357 9263). See our refund policy for how payment problems are handled.
