A full-day, Sinhala-medium workshop on people management, built around a five-step framework for hiring the right person and then keeping them. The programme works through identifying the candidate you actually need, running a sharper and more useful interview, managing the generation gap inside a mixed-age team, and the retention habits that stop good staff from walking out the door.
It is pitched at HR executives, business owners, managers and team leaders, as well as HR interns and people moving into the field. The session is led by a master trainer credited with 29 years in HR policy work, more than 1,000 corporate trainings delivered and a 2026 outstanding corporate trainer award; the organiser has not published the trainer's name.
