Blue Hour is a day-into-evening rooftop session put on by Colombo promoters Mindrift, running at Headquarters by W15 on the ninth floor of the HQ Colombo building — a venue better known for its skyline views across the Lotus Tower and the port. Doors open mid-morning and the party carries through the afternoon into the soft stretch of light the event takes its name from. It is a standing-room format with no seat allocation, and the organisers have not published a DJ or artist list, so treat it as a vibe-and-venue booking rather than a line-up booking.
