Sarasaviya Cinema Awards 2026 — සරසවිය සිනමා සම්මාන උලෙළ

The 37th Sarasaviya Cinema Awards judge the Sinhala films released in Sri Lanka across the whole of 2025. Thirty of that year's thirty-five releases compete over thirty-four competitive categories, and a separate award goes to the best Tamil-language film.

Directors, performers and technical crews are all recognised. The ceremony is held at the Nelum Pokuna theatre in Colombo on 9 September 2026, under a theme its organisers translate as a new dawn for young cinema.
