Bambarakanda Waterfall Abseiling (August)
A guided abseiling day at Bambarakanda, Sri Lanka's tallest waterfall, run by The Marvel Sri Lanka. Early start from Colombo, gear and instructors included, with optional transport, camera hire and edited video packages.
Bambarakanda is Sri Lanka's tallest waterfall, a 263-metre drop in the hills above Kalupahana, and The Marvel Sri Lanka runs a guided abseiling day on the rock face beside it. Instructors, harnesses and a safety briefing are included; it is a full-day trip, with an optional coach leaving Colombo Fort in the small hours so participants are on the rock by morning.
Pricing is modular: the descent is one line, while transport, a second activity, camera hire and edited video reels are add-ons. A 110 kg weight limit applies.
