Beheth 2026: Cure for the Culture

Beheth returns for a second season, growing out of a debut that reportedly drew more than 10,000 people, into a full-day open-air gathering for Sri Lankan rap, hip-hop, Sinhala, Tamil and crossover music. It runs as a single-stage marathon — roughly sixteen hours from morning until the small hours, with well over forty acts cycling through.

Malaysian Tamil hip-hop veterans Yogi B & Natchatra head the international bill alongside Madurai Souljours and Yung Raja, while Rasthiyadu Padanama and Costa anchor the local side and Stigmata drop in for a special appearance. A deep bench of homegrown rappers and rotating DJ selectors fills the rest of the day.
